Who Can Help...

Meet Sandy Wilder, bCRE Professional Level

Sandy Wilder is our President and Founder. As the first independent provider to receive Blackbaud's Certification in the Raiser's Edge-Professional Level, she is a veteran trainer and consultant on Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge, and Crystal Reports for Blackbaud. In addition, she has extensive experience training adult students at a local SC college on products in the Microsoft Office suite.

Sandy has been helping non-profits with their Blackbaud products for over a dozen years. She is very creative in her consulting approach, helping organizations get the most out of their significant investment in these products. Her specialty is getting to know an organization’s fundraising model and reporting needs/desires, then making recommendations for how to best configure the Raiser’s Edge to that end. She can even help clean-up existing data, serve as an ongoing subject matter expert or remote database adminstrator.

She has a passion for helping to make sure the development office, not the business office or the IT department, drives the database. It’s called the Raiser’s Edge for a reason!

Sandy's warm, compassionate style has made her a favorite in the front of the room with non-profits across the US, Canada, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. Her unique training techniques and humor combine to make her trainings memorable and entertaining. Her passion for her work and the work of her clients is evident from the beginning to the end of her training sessions. Coupled with her patience and sincere desire to impart her knowledge to her clients, she is able to put even the most apprehensive of adult students at ease, allowing them to relax, learn and finally to leave with newfound knowledge and confidence.

What our clients say....

  • Sandy was invaluable to our organization after the earthquake in Haiti.  She came in and developed database systems for us to help withstand the immediate spike in donor activity which caused our workload to double overnite.  We survived and thrived because of her! These systems Sandy put in place also afforded us cost savings that we still benefit from today.  Sandy continues to be a reliable lifeline for our organization at a critical times  for us. Her enormous expertise not only helped us solve current database challenges, but increased our knowledge as she taught us the skills to manage an exploding database, teaching us to think ahead, not just solve immediate problems – her database planning skills are the best in the industry.  She is able to add value with simple issues as well as very complex issues and her unparalleled competency with Raisers Edge allows us to customize our applications for our needs.  She has an ability to dive into our database and unlock its mysteries, making it work for us rather than us working for it.

  • Sandy Wilder is a first-rate consultant. She not only knows the Raiser's Edge, she knows how to train others to use the system with just the right mix of patience, humor and professionalism. I highly recommend Sandy and intend to invite her back to our school for ongoing training and system clean up.
