Sandy Wilder

Leading Edge Software Solutions, founded in Summerville, SC, by Sandy Wilder provides affordable training and consulting to non-profits on Blackbaud's products. Sandy earned a BS in Business Administration from the College of Charleston (SC). Holding Toastmasters International designation of Able Toastmaster, she has over 15 years of speaking and training experience in both the for-profit and non-profit arenas. She is a veteran trainer and consultant on Blackbaud Raiser's Edge, Financial Edge, and Crystal Reports for Blackbaud.. In addition, she has extensive experience training adult students at a local SC college on all products in the Microsoft Office suite.

Sandy's warm, compassionate style has made her a favorite in the front of the room with non-profits across the US, Canada, and the Middle East. Her unique training techniques and humor combine to make her trainings memorable and entertaining. Sandy's passion for her work and the work of her clients is evident from the beginning to the end of her training sessions. Coupled with her patience and sincere desire to impart her knowledge to her clients, she is able to put even the most apprehensive of adult students at ease, allowing them to relax, learn and finally to leave with newfound knowledge and confidence. Delores Thompson

A seasoned accounting professional, Delores adds over 20 years of accounting expertise to the Leading Edge team. She is an accomplished consultant and trainer with a wealth of non-profit accounting knowledge. Delores brings a passion for accounting to her clients, as she helps non-profits across all industry lines harness the power of all aspects of the Financial Edge, including Budget Management, Student Billing, Allocation Management, and AP/AR, among others.

With an MBA in Management, Marketing, and Accounting from the University of Illinois, Chicago, Delores offers a truly unique combination of education and real world, "boots on the ground" experience. Her clients appreciate her keen eye for detail and pencil sharp focus. Delores keeps her skills and industry knowledge current through her active involvement in the Institute of Management Accounting, having served as an officer on the local and national level.

While she is serious about her work, Delores is also known for her equally keen sense of humor and warm disposition. Clients find it easy to work with and learn from her. She enjoys helping her clients take their Financial Edge to the Leading Edge.
